Todd Kerska is EVP and Chair, Best in Class Initiatives. Best in Class was created to determine the one, consistent, “best” way to perform our work for our clients and find the right balance between charter autonomy and centralized operations. Prior to joining QCR Holdings, Inc., Mr. Kerska served eight years as Chief Financial Officer of Guaranty Bank & Trust and has 25 years of banking experience. Mr. Kerska holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Upper Iowa University. He also completed the Graduate School of Banking in Operations and Technology at Vanderbilt University, Iowa Bankers Association Compliance School, Integrity Integrated Leadership Development Program, and Slingshot 25’s “The Change Course.” Mr. Kerska has served as Treasurer and board member for both the Cedar Rapids Public Library Foundation and Wheelchair Ramp Accessibility Program (WRAP), and has volunteered with other organizations such as United Way, YMCA and the Catherine McAuley Center.
